London’s Leading Events Catering Company, Seasoned was founded by entrepreneurial foodie, Russell Morgan, as a London event caterer over 40 years ago. Professionally trained as a chef, working in Singapore, the South of France, Florida and Norway, on his return to the UK he identified a clear need for supplying chefs for events at short notice and started his own chef agency before soon realising his big ambition to run his own catering company.
He started his business catering for weddings and functions but soon Morgan’s innovative approach to food and event catering saw him become the preferred caterer to Downing Street during Lady Thatcher’s time in office; leading him to cater for presidential and royal occasions for VIP and dignitaries’ visits to London. The company was soon approached to undertake catering operations at venues across the UK but he instead decided to focus his energy in the City and soon after became sole caterer at many prestigious London venues, including a number of livery halls, and become the most popular caterer at London’s Guildhall. The company was soon delivering events and state banquets for the royal family and government, including three G7 summits.
The company has never looked back since and continues to evolve, working with leading brands and clients at unique party venues, private residences, livery halls, museums, galleries, palaces, members’ clubs and government residences, whilst also expanding its services, including Michelin-starred restaurants.
The Seasoned team is proud to have created extraordinary food and events on behalf of countries, presidents, royalty, politicians, Hollywood stars, Olympians, sports stars and international corporations and is also synonymous with hospitality events throughout the sporting calendar thanks to its trusted partnerships with Guards Polo Club, Leander Club at Henley Royal Regatta, Farnborough International Airshow and British Racing Drivers Club at Silverstone Grand Prix.
