The one and only Flitch of Bacon is our restaurant with rooms in Little Dunmow. Chef Patron, Paul Croasdale, is one of the country’s up-and-coming chefs and his knowledge and passion for seasonal food and foraging give our chefs invaluable insight into working with the highest quality seasonal ingredients with simplistic intervention to produce clean flavours and exciting menus.

The vision of Paul provides inspiration and training for the Seasoned kitchen brigade and sets us apart from our competitors. Every intricate dish, beautifully expressed plate, and the stirring noise of our kitchen, are a manifestation of the desire and innovation of genuine pioneers to create world class gastronomic customer experiences.

Together with Seasoned and our award-winning restaurant, interior design and commercial kitchen design team, we have the knowledge, imagination, dedication and resources to work with you to create a unique restaurant concept, if you have an existing opportunity or idea.
