Seasoned’s Creative Director is the uber-talented Daniel Clifford, Chef Patron of Midsummer House in Cambridge which holds two Michelin stars and five AA Rosettes. Daniel plays an extremely important development role where our chefs get to work alongside him and his talented team, absorbing their wisdom and igniting their creativity to deliver the extraordinary. After experiencing ‘Michelin life’ our chefs understand what it takes to get there and are inspired to introduce some of their new tricks back in their own kitchens.

The World Master Chefs Society is highly regarded by professional chefs and is continuously pushing the boundaries of quality, performance, taste and dedication by embracing techniques and flavours from all corners of the world.
