We provide hours upon hours of on-the-job, online and classroom training across our business through our Seasoned Academy learning and development programme which is designed to give our people support, guidance and confidence to develop their skills and talents, feel empowered and do more. Our team has access to world class customer service training and internationally accredited management standards to help them develop their craft through face to face tutoring, mentorship and virtual training which ensures they have the necessary abilities and expertise to deliver to the highest standards.

Seasoned’s Creative Director is the uber-talented Daniel Clifford, Chef Patron of Midsummer House in Cambridge which holds two Michelin stars and five AA Rosettes. Daniel plays an extremely important development role where our chefs get to work alongside him and his talented team, absorbing their wisdom and igniting their creativity to deliver the extraordinary. After experiencing ‘Michelin life’ our chefs understand what it takes to get there and are inspired to introduce some of their new tricks back in their own kitchens.

We are also proud to have the highest brigade of World Master Chefs than any other caterer in the world. The World Master Chefs Society is highly regarded by professional chefs and is continuously pushing the boundaries of quality, performance, taste and dedication by embracing techniques and flavours from all corners of the world.

We inspire our team members to inject passion and excitement into everything they do and we partner with WorldHost UK to train our customer service team. WorldHost is a modern, energetic and world renowned customer service programme providing gold-standard training where frontline service is crucial to the success of a business.

Our overall service management training standards are underpinned by our internationally recognised ISO management accreditations, held since 2008, which are the cornerstone for our quality management, environmental management, food safety management and occupational health and safety management standards.
