Supply chain

Our business has a strong impact and dependency on the economy, the environment and society as a whole. We depend upon natural, human and physical resources, and our business is constantly evolving and adapting to give our clients, customers and partners what they want to eat whilst ensuring our supply chain is both of the highest quality and sustainable. We rely on raw materials, the environment and social conditions to deliver our services on a daily basis, so it is essential that we are both responsible and ethical.

We always aim to give our clients and customers 100% confidence in the food and event experiences that we create by openly demonstrating how we grow, source, produce, craft, operate, manage and deliver them.

We have a great love affair with local seasonal produce and our chefs are passionate about our sustainable farm to fork approach and proud to work with a diverse range of great British suppliers, farms and produce.

We supply a range of fish that has been sourced from fisheries meeting the Marine Stewardship Council Fisheries Standard and we never buy red rated fish from the Marine Conservation Society’s Good Fish Guide.

Our chefs work very hard to identify quality, local suppliers and buy locally and seasonally wherever possible. We always aim to source 80% of our ingredients from within 50 miles of our venues and 90% of our seasonal fruit and vegetables are sourced from around the UK.

We require our suppliers to produce full traceability to prove they use humanely operated farms. 80% of our meat is farmed in the UK to Red Tractor Farm Assured welfare standards and we only use 100% British free-range eggs.

We have long-term relationships with our preferred suppliers. We champion Fairtrade and ethical farming, and source cocoa, bananas, sugar, tea and coffee from producers in the developing world.

Fish and Seafood

Flying Fish Seafoods

Every weekday morning their expert buyers are up before sunrise, picking the best catch from the day boats out of Brixham, Newlyn and Plymouth Markets. They also work alongside local fisherman who land their catch direct to the door and also with artisan suppliers to source sustainable, speciality products from Scotland.


Walter Rose & Sons

With over five decades of experience, they are recognised for their master butchery skills and unrivalled sustainable meat products. They will never compromise on quality and use traditional British breeds with today’s farming methods. Their meat provenance is beyond compare, carefully selecting farms with local pastures in Wiltshire and Somerset.

Udale Speciality Foods

Founded in 1905, Udale Speciality Foods is a family-owned business run by two brothers, Ian and Neil Udale. Their enthusiasm for supplying customers with the very best service has led to a long and proven track record which is reflected in their high customer retention rate and awards for their pork, lamb and beef.

They supply the very best wild and foraged ingredients across the U.K. From the coasts of Cornwall right up to the most northern coasts of Scotland, they identify and forage the best wild edibles from seaweeds to wild mushrooms.

Yonder is a modern farmhouse brewery, based in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. Digby Fine English launched its first wines for sale in 2013 in Selfridges, won its first trophy in 2014 and has gone on to great adventures around the world in the years since then. Their winemaking ethos is to let each parcel of fruit from each vineyard shine in all its individual glory, with as little intervention as possible. It is a bold and exuberant modern brand of luxury English sparkling wine and they are seeking to do nothing less than create the new global standard in excellence for fizz.


Hej Coffee Roasters

HEJ coffee are speciality coffee roasters sourcing coffee direct from farmers, or though established trading companies, to deliver the very best coffee. The beauty of having their own roastery is that they can source and produce small batch, rare and unusual coffees as they become available. Every so often they stumble across a unique harvest which they just can’t resist roasting.

The Juice Round

The Juice Round is a specialist eco-friendly drinks service in reusable glass bottles. They’re like the milkman but fruitier! Similar to a milk round, they collect your empty bottles, meticulously clean and refill them, and transform them back into delicious drinks. Their drinks are small on footprint, but big on taste. They expertly hand-make delicious juices and smoothies in small batches in their production kitchen using fresh produce selected for taste rather than looks.
